Does this sound like you?

You know something isn't right - you just don't know where to start.

Maybe you've had surgery and your body never quite came back. Maybe you've been managing pain for so long it's become your normal. Maybe an old scar or restriction got taken for granted - you were told nothing could be done - so your body started guarding to protect itself. That protection served a purpose.

You might feel disconnected from your body. Heavier. Slower. Like something shifted after surgery, an old injury, or a period of pushing through. You're not imagining it.

Your body communicates through tightness, pain, fatigue, guarding, numbness and changes in movement. These signals can be clues, not isolated problems to push past.

If you've been told everything looks fine but you still don't feel like yourself, this is a useful place to begin.

Your body feels stuck

Tightness that won't release, restricted movement, or a sense that your body is bracing against something it can't let go of.

Pain that won't resolve

You've had scans, done the exercises, seen the specialists - and you are still looking for a clearer next step.

Post-surgical disconnect

Since your surgery, something shifted. Your scar pulls, your core doesn't fire, or your body just doesn't feel like yours anymore.

Nervous system on high alert

You're wired, exhausted, or both. Your body won't settle. Sleep is broken. You feel like you're running on adrenaline with nothing left.

You started strengthening but kept compensating

Maybe you started pilates to strengthen your body - but you started compensating around an old injury, making it harder to activate the muscles you actually wanted to strengthen.

Stretching feels good but nothing changes

Maybe you have hypermobility and stretching makes you feel good for five minutes - and you are wondering whether stability needs a place in the plan.

You've tried everything and still feel lost

You've been proactive - physio, chiro, osteo, pilates - and you're still searching for answers. A considered assessment can help you decide what to explore next.

Every body has a story. This Method helps the body reveal it.

Body Reset

90 Min - Sonawave Body Reset - Initial Consultation

Whether you're recovering from surgery, living with persistent pain, hypermobility, scars, or simply feel your body hasn't been the same since an injury or stressful period.

This consultation helps to uncover why your body is no longer functioning the way it once did.

Using the Sonawave Reset Method®, we assess and work with fascia, the nervous system, lymphatics, muscle activation and movement to restore communication between the body's systems, remodel scars, improve muscle activation, and support the body's natural healing process.

The aim is to help your body feel more supported and safe. This creates a new baseline from which future sessions can build, allowing meaningful change to develop over time.

Follow-Up Reset

Building on the foundation established in your initial consultation, each follow-up reassesses how your body has responded and progresses the reset. We continue working with your fascia, nervous system, lymphatics, and movement patterns - layering change session by session so your body can integrate at its own pace.

The method

How SonaWave reads the whole body.

The SonaWave Reset Method® brings fascia-informed bodywork, rhythmic sensory techniques, lymphatic support and muscle reactivation into one considered sequence. Your individual story and assessment remain the starting point.

Reset • Restore • Re-pattern

Symptoms, scars and restrictions can be clues in a connected body map. Rather than treating each signal as an isolated problem, SonaWave considers the wider pattern and the sequence in which your body may be ready to respond.

Reset
Begin with the story, the signals and the protective patterns your body has been using.
Restore
Use a gentle, responsive sequence to explore tissue mobility, rhythm and muscle activation.
Re-pattern
Bring the pieces back into movement with Active Neurofascial Repatterning and a clear next step.

Sona speaks to sensing. Wave speaks to rhythm. The name honours the body's own timing and intelligence, with rhythm rather than force guiding the work.

SonaWave is a complementary approach. It may sit alongside medical care, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and movement work when appropriate for you.

Scars and post-surgery patterns

Your scar is part of your whole-body story.

After surgery, the surface can heal while your body still feels different. A scar, the guarding around it and changes in movement may each be one clue in a wider pattern. Scar-focused appointments begin with your history, current comfort and goals.

Listen to the history

Share the surgery, healing history and changes you have noticed without having to rush the story.

Look beyond the surface

Comfort, movement, guarding and the wider pattern are considered before any next step is discussed.

Work with your wider care

The plan stays individual and may include coordination with your existing health professionals.

Individual responses vary. Scar-focused care is considered in context and is not a promise of a particular change. Comparison photography is only published with documented consent, matched-image provenance and advertising review.

Tell the story
There is time to explain what changed, what you have already tried and what matters to you now.
Map the pattern

Reset in sequence
The appointment follows a considered sequence, with comfort, consent and your response kept in the conversation.

After years of chronic back and neck pain, I visited Khloe following a recommendation from a family member. She’s been able to engage muscles that weren’t working properly and manage those that were overcompensating. Using scar tissue therapy, she has relieved pain from previous surgery and historic sports injuries. Through her work I have been able to not only reset my body physically but also mentally. I would definitely recommend Khloe to anyone with chronic pain or scar tissue injury.

Kevin B.
Chronic pain & scar tissue
In just one session, Khloe transformed my body, giving me significantly more movement in my hip flexors, increased power in my lower body movements, reduced my body’s compensation of my hypermobility, and increased blood flow in my hand affected by internal scarring. It’s hard to believe the transformation unless you experience it. Recommend to everyone, especially if you have a caesarean scar. She’s also really gentle, professional, and explains all that she’s doing and how it works with real time, significant results.

Sarah B.
Hypermobility & scarring
After my C-section I felt so disconnected from my body. After just two resets with Khloe, I could feel things shifting. My scar is softer, my core feels alive again, and I finally feel like myself.

Sarah M.
Post C-section recovery
I’d been living with chronic pain for years and seen so many practitioners. The Sonawave Reset Method® was the first approach that connected the dots my body had been trying to show me. I noticed a meaningful difference from the very first reset.

Jess T.
Chronic pain
Khloe’s approach is unlike anything I’ve experienced. It’s gentle but incredibly powerful. My body feels lighter, my nervous system is calmer, and my surgical scar has completely transformed.

Amanda R.
Post-surgical recovery
I was nervous about scar work but Khloe made me feel so safe. The results speak for themselves — my scar is barely visible now and I have full range of movement back.

Physiotherapy

First point of call for acute injuries & post-op rehab
Focuses on strengthening, mobility & exercise prescription
Effective for acute pain & structural recovery
Often uses repetitive loading & resistance-based protocols
Works well when the nervous system is regulated & responsive

SonaWave Reset Method®

Adapted for long-term dysfunction & chronic patterns
Works with the nervous system, fascia & lymphatic flow
Gentle approach that doesn't overwhelm a sensitised body
Ideal when other modalities haven't created lasting change
Addresses the root cause, not just symptoms

SonaWave is a complementary approach and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, physiotherapy or rehabilitation when those are needed.

Before physio or chiro

Calms the nervous system so adjustments hold better and the body doesn't guard against change.

Alongside remedial & myotherapy

Integrates seamlessly as a sequence within hands-on bodywork for deeper, lasting change.

Supporting osteo & kinesiology

Creates the baseline of safety so the body is receptive to structural and energetic rebalancing.

Tell every practitioner about your current care plan. Timing and suitability should be decided for your individual circumstances.
